When you fill in our form or email us, we get your store URL, your helpdesk, your rough ticket volume and your email address. We use it to reply to you and set up the service.
When we answer tickets for your store, we process your customers' messages and the order details needed to answer them, such as name, email, order number, items and tracking. We do this only on your behalf and only to answer your tickets. You decide what data we can access.
We use AI model providers to write replies and standard hosting and email providers to run the service. They process data only to provide those services to us. We don't sell data and we don't use your customers' data for anyone else's tickets or for advertising.
We keep your customers' data only while we provide the service and delete our copies within 30 days after it ends, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you or ask us to delete it. Your customers' requests about their data go through you, and we'll help you answer them.
